From Monday 21st of April  until Sunday 27th of April 2008 we will have a stand at the Craft Fare, Inverness Eastgate Centre.

We would be happy to receive any correspondence concerning our products and any suggestions for future subjects.
If you would like to request a catalogue, send an email with your name and address and we will post one on to you.

We accept any of the following methods of payment: UK Cheques/postal orders, Visa, Delta, Eurocard, Maestro, MasterCard, Electron, JCB, & Solo.
Credit/Debit Card orders are accepted by Post or online using our secure WorldPay system.
UK Cheques and UK Postal Orders can only be accepted through the post.

Postage
Postage is charged on all orders depending on the destination.
UK - 60p per item. 
Europe - £1.50 per item.
USA - £1.80 per item.
Australia & New Zealand - £1.80 per item.
Rest of The world - £1.80 per item
Orders from overseas, other than Europe can take around 7 days to reach us by post and another 7 days return via Air Mail.

Kit Contents
 All our Cross Stitch kits contain 14 hpi aida unless otherwise stated. DMC threads, needle, chart, and full instructions.
 The material content of each kit cannot be changed by us.
 The only designs supplied in chart form are those displayed on the Chart Only page.

Returns and Pricing
 We operate a 7 day return policy. Any kit or chart that is returned must be unopened and undamaged with the security label intact.
Prices may be subject to change.
Isle of Skye Crafts reserves the right to withdraw any design from our web pages or catalogue.
All orders where possible will be despatched by return.

Gift Certificates.
Gift Certificates can be purchased on line and sent to friends and family on your behalf. The certificates can only be redeemed by placing an order through the post or over the phone.
All certificates are issued with an individual identification number.
If phoning to redeem your certificate please have this information to hand.
Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Certificates cannot be redeemed against the value of postage and no change can be given.

Trade terms are available on request.
No personal details given to us by you  will be used by us to relay information about new products unless we are requested  to do so, nor  will they be passed on to any other company for their use.
