Ordering:

We accept any of the following methods of payment: Visa, Delta, Eurocard, Maestro, MasterCard, Electron, JCB, & Solo.
Credit/Debit Card orders are accepted by Post or online using our secure RBS WorldPay system.
All payments should be made at the time of ordering

Postage:

Postage is charged on all orders depending on the destination.
UK - 96p per item. 
Europe - £2.16 per item.
USA - £2.40 per item.
Australia & New Zealand - £2.40 per item.
Rest of The world - £2.40 per item
Orders from overseas, other than Europe can take around 7 days to reach us by post and another 7 days return via Air Mail.

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates can be purchased on line and sent to friends and family on your behalf.
The certificates can only be redeemed by placing an order through the post or over the phone.
All certificates are issued with an individual identification number.
If phoning to redeem your certificate please have this information to hand.
Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Certificates cannot be redeemed against the value of postage and no change can be given.

Kit Contents:

All our Cross Stitch kits contain 14hpi aida or as stated on the information specific to the design. DMC threads, needle, chart, and full instructions.
The material content of each kit cannot be changed by us.The designs supplied in chart form are those displayed on the Chart Only page.
Replacemt charts can be obtained from us by retuning the original chart and a Self addressed A5 envelope and a 1st class large letter stamp.
Replacement charts will only be supplies if the original is returned.

Returns and Pricing:

We operate a 7 day return policy.
Any kit or chart that is returned must be unopened and undamaged with the security label intact.
Prices may be subject to change.
All prices shown include VAT at the UK rate of 20%.
Isle of Skye Crafts reserves the right to withdraw any design from our web pages or catalogue.
All orders where possible will be despatched by return but please allow 14 days.

Your Information:

No personal details given to us by you  will be used by us to relay information about new products unless we are requested  to do so, nor  will they be passed on to any other company or persons for their use.

Trade terms are available on request.

Monday - Friday.  9am to 5.30pm.
Saturday.  9am to 5.00pm.
Sunday Opening.
Easter - 1st October 
10am to 4pm.
We are closed on Sundays through the winter period.
